Ergonomically Friendly Mouse from Evoluent

I spend a lot of time on the computer, after all I work in IT. I've been noticing lately that I'm starting to get aches and pains in my hands and wrists. I've recently started using a wrist pad for the keyboard, and was lucky enough to inherit an Evoluent VerticalMouse 3! This thing seems to really help. The idea is that when you use the mouse, because it is built to be held vertically rather than horizontally, your arm is in a more neutral position. Personally I'm surprised that this would make a difference, but since using the mouse it seems like the wrist pain has gone away. If you're interested in trying it for yourself head here and take a look! They aren't cheap ($80), but if you are having wrist pain it may be well worth it.
